I lurk on conceptart.org , I'm specifically interested in the CHOW (character of the week) challenge they put on and I will often sketch  on the idea in my sketchbook, time permitting.

this week I was much to lazy to scan more stuff so I though "hey why not do some quick PS sketches on the CHOW theme?"

let's start off with a hot looking character design based off my friend Karen:

this is actually a tribute to an even more awesome drawing I did of her a year or so ago, that I lost somewhere.

I've been really diggin' on astronauts as of late...

So I decided to draw this groovy guy laying claim to a moon orbiting a strange planet somewhere.

Oh, sad sorrowful day.

I wanted to work on drawing scenery, so i did this

and I thought it was a very depressing forest, so I added the dead crow.

I then went on to draw this:
