Hey Ya'll!!

Long time no post, I swear I'm working on it, but at least I can give you this "What I Wore Today" that I drew earlier this week (Monday I think?)

My yearly oops...

Sorry I failed you. I didn't finish comic a day October... but I did give it some semi-good-but-mostly-okay effort.

I've been kind of focused on other things, but the good news is that come New Years I'll be all reinvigorated and I'll probably try to post here weekly again. Fingers crossed.

Also, my last "what I wore" drawing made it onto the "What I Wore Today" blog.

Why no update?

Sorry for the lack of update, the art is made I just need to scan it and as I was one of those crazy women who stayed up all night to watch a wedding between two people I don't know, in a country I don't live in, I am horribly sleep deprived.

so, sorry... I'll get back on track soon I hope!

Yes I have more photos, but I haven't had time to resize them. Well that's a lie, I *did* resize them, but I didn't save them and the photoshop crashed. Too lazy to do it right now.

Where can I get more time?

Instead of doing what I am actually supposed to be doing this week... I played around with Illustrator some more:

in a way I guess it's good because I need more practice, but on the other hand there is a ton of stuff I need to take care of. Specifically I need to work on 1) actual school work and 2) comics...

In other news, I'm going to be heading out to the Joliet Historical Museum tomorrow.

My lovely friend Harvey (who was my model for the snow white project) is an intern in their collections department and will be sorting through a menacing pile of old wedding dresses.

Obviously I'll be there for emotional support.

I'll try and grab a few photos of things to post here.

Sketchtacular Sketchtacular!

Just some sketches today folks:

Those bottom two drawings are ideas for alice in wonderland themed dresses... the first is "The Dormouse" and the second is supposed to be based off a dandelion.

I'm kinda burnt out from an eventful week, and since I have no plans to slow down anytime soon I really have to kick my art into full gear and maybe make some auto updates again...

That'd be a stellar band name... now if only i could play music...
